A dry red wine from Greece with a very intense colour. Bouquet of red fruits and jam. Balanced taste with velvety tannins that give the wine a clear structure. Pleasant, fruity finish.
The grapes are carefully picked and treated. Classic red wine vinification with 6-8 days of extraction under controlled conditions. Malolactic fermentation follows.
An excellent companion to vegetable dishes, soft cheeses as well as meat dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
