Fruity, sweet and sour!

The above-mentioned characteristics describe this creation from the monastery of Agia Triada almost adequately; perhaps the slight tartness of the orange should also be mentioned. This delicacy is produced without additives and can also be spooned pure in small portions. Ideal with desserts or cheese. We know of nothing comparable.

Ingredients: Vinegar from grapes, concentrated grape must, oranges.
